Ingredients:

• 1 pound shrimp, peeled (tails left on or off, as preferred)
• 2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• 3 cups panko breadcrumbs
• 2 eggs, lightly beaten
• Approximately 2 cups vegetable oil for frying

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Oil:
   • Pour the vegetable oil into a large, heavy-bottomed frying pan or skillet and heat over medium to medium-high heat. Aim for a temperature of about 350°F (175°C) if you’re using a thermometer.
2. Season the Shrimp:
