Creamy Ham Pasta Salad
Ingredients:
- 1 (8 oz) tub sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 (1 oz) packet ranch seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 (16 oz) box pasta, cooked, drained, and cooled
- 1 1/2 cups cooked diced ham
- 2 (15 oz) cans sweet corn, drained
Preparation:
- Make the Dressing:
- In a small bowl, whisk together the sour cream, mayonnaise, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper until smooth and well combined.
- Assemble the Salad:
- In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, diced ham, and drained corn.
- Pour the prepared dressing over the pasta mixture and toss everything together until the pasta, ham, and corn are evenly coated.
