Ingredients:
- 2 cups long-grain rice, rinsed and drained
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 8 ounces tomato sauce
- 2 cups vegetable or chicken broth
Instructions:
- Prepare the Rice:
- Begin by thoroughly rinsing the rice under cold water until the water runs clear. Ensure the rice is well-drained.
- Combine Ingredients in Instant Pot:
