Peanut Butter Fluff Pie

Ingredients:

For the Crust:

  • 1 9-inch graham cracker pie crust

For the Filling:

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 7 oz marshmallow fluff
  • 1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter

For the Topping:

  • 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Filling:
    • In a stand mixer, whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar to stiff peaks. Set aside.
    • In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth.
    • Add the marshmallow fluff and continue beating until the mixture is well combined.
    • Mix in the peanut butter until fully incorporated.
    • Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until smooth.
    • Pour the filling into the prepared graham cracker crust and refrigerate for 3-4 hours to set.
  2. Prepare the Topping:
    • In a stand mixer, whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar to stiff peaks, just as you did for the filling.
    • Microwave the peanut butter for 20-30 seconds until it’s smooth and easy to drizzle.
  3. Assemble the Pie:
    • Remove the pie from the refrigerator.
    • Pipe or spread the whipped cream topping over the pie.
    • Drizzle the warmed peanut butter over the whipped cream.
