Peanut Butter Fluff Pie
Ingredients:
For the Crust:
- 1 9-inch graham cracker pie crust
 
For the Filling:
- 1 cup heavy cream
 - 1/2 cup powdered sugar
 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened
 - 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
 - 7 oz marshmallow fluff
 - 1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter
 
For the Topping:
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
 - 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
 - 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
 
Instructions:
- Prepare the Filling:
- In a stand mixer, whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar to stiff peaks. Set aside.
 - In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth.
 - Add the marshmallow fluff and continue beating until the mixture is well combined.
 - Mix in the peanut butter until fully incorporated.
 - Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until smooth.
 - Pour the filling into the prepared graham cracker crust and refrigerate for 3-4 hours to set.
 
 - Prepare the Topping:
- In a stand mixer, whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar to stiff peaks, just as you did for the filling.
 - Microwave the peanut butter for 20-30 seconds until it’s smooth and easy to drizzle.
 
 - Assemble the Pie:
- Remove the pie from the refrigerator.
 - Pipe or spread the whipped cream topping over the pie.
 - Drizzle the warmed peanut butter over the whipped cream.
