Chicken Alfredo
Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
 - 3 cups heavy cream
 - 1 cup chicken broth
 - 1/4 cup butter
 - 1 tbsp garlic puree
 - 1/4 tsp salt
 - 1/4 tsp pepper
 - 10 oz penne noodles, uncooked
 - 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
 - 1/2 tbsp parsley flakes
 
Instructions
- Spray the inside of your Crock Pot with cooking spray.
 - Place the chicken breasts in a single layer at the bottom of the pot.
 - Pour the heavy cream and chicken broth over the chicken.
 - Add the butter, garlic puree, salt, and pepper.
 - Cover the Crock Pot with the lid and cook on High for 3 hours.
 - After 2 hours, remove the chicken breasts from the pot and set them on a cutting board.
 - Add the penne noodles and shredded Parmesan cheese to the pot and stir well.
 - Cover the Crock Pot and continue cooking for 30 minutes.
 - While the pasta is cooking, chop the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
 - After 30 minutes, stir the penne well.
 - Add the chopped chicken back to the pot and stir to combine.
 - Stir in the parsley flakes.
 - Cover and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
 - Turn off the Crock Pot, stir one last time, and serve.
