Cheesy Beef Pasta Bake
Ingredients:
- 16 ounces elbow pasta, uncooked
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1/2 white onion, diced
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 28-ounce can fire-roasted diced tomatoes, drained
- 15.5-ounce can whole kernel sweet corn, drained
- 10.5-ounce can cream of mushroom soup
- 10.75-ounce can cheddar cheese soup
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, freshly grated
For Garnish:
- Fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat Oven:
- Set the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9″x13″ baking dish.
- Cook Pasta:
- Boil a large pot of water and cook the elbow pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain well and set aside.
- Brown Beef and Onions:
