Homemade Beef and Pasta Skillet
Ingredients:
- 1 pound lean ground beef
 - 2 cups beef broth
 - 1 cup milk
 - 1 cup tomato sauce
 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
 - 1 teaspoon chili powder
 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
 - 8 ounces medium-sized pasta (such as shells or large elbows)
 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions:
- Heat a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook, stirring and breaking it apart with a spoon, until it’s fully browned and no pink remains. Drain off any excess fat.
 - To the skillet, add 1 3/4 cups of the beef broth (reserving 1/4 cup for later if needed), milk, tomato sauce, onion powder, chili powder, and salt. Stir to combine and bring the mixture to a boil.
 - Stir in the pasta, then cover the skillet. Reduce the heat to medium-low and let it simmer, stirring occasionally, for about 10 minutes. Afterward, remove the cover and continue cooking for an additional 2 to 4 minutes, or until the pasta is tender. If the mixture seems too dry, add the reserved beef broth as needed.
 - Remove the skillet from the heat and let it sit uncovered for 5 minutes to thicken. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until it’s completely melted and the mixture is creamy.
 - Taste and adjust the seasoning with additional salt and pepper if needed.

Serve this hearty and comforting skillet meal straight from the stove for a satisfying dinner that’s sure to please.
