Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper or nonstick liners.
- Prepare the Dough:
- In a large bowl, beat together softened butter and sugar until well blended.
- Add egg yolks, lemon zest, lemon juice, and salt, beating until incorporated.
- Gradually mix in flour until just combined and moist clumps form. Gather the dough together in the bowl to bind.
