Ingredients:

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter

  • 8 oz cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 2 tbsp butter (room temperature)
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3.5 cups powdered sugar

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Cookie Bars:
    • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper. Set aside.
    • In a large mixing bowl, combine the red velvet cake mix, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Stir until the dough is fully mixed and thick.
    • Press the dough evenly into the prepared baking dish.
