Raspberry Cream Cheese Bread Bombs Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 4 oz (115g) cream cheese, softened
- ¾ cup fresh raspberries
- ¼ cup powdered sugar (plus extra for dusting)
- ½ cup milk
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking tray by greasing it or lining it with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, fresh raspberries, and powdered sugar until smooth and well-blended.
- Slowly add the milk and melted butter into the dry ingredients, stirring until a soft dough forms.
- Transfer the dough onto a floured surface and roll it out to about ½-inch thickness.
- Use a round cutter to cut out small circles of dough.
- Place a spoonful of the raspberry cream cheese mixture in the center of each circle.
- Fold the dough over the filling, pressing the edges to seal, forming a half-moon shape.
- Arrange the filled dough bombs on the prepared baking tray.
- Bake for approximately 15 minutes, or until they turn golden-brown.
- Allow them to cool slightly before dusting with additional powdered sugar for a finishing touch.
Enjoy!
