Cheesy Taco Stuffed Shells Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 12 oz jumbo pasta shells
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning mix
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 1 1/2 cups jarred salsa (divided)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (divided)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked, then drain any excess fat.
  4. Add the taco seasoning and water to the beef. Stir and simmer until the water evaporates.
  5. Mix in 1 cup of salsa and 3/4 cup of shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Stuff the cooked pasta shells with the beef mixture.
  7. Place the stuffed shells in a baking dish, then top with the remaining salsa and cheese.
  8. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
