Crock Pot Chicken and Gravy
Ingredients
- 1 cup diced yellow onions
- 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 10.5 oz condensed cream of chicken soup
- 2 packets chicken gravy mix
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/2 tsp ground sage
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp parsley flakes
Instructions
- Spray the inside of your Crock Pot with cooking spray.
- Add the diced onions to the Crock Pot.
- Place the chicken breasts in a single layer on top of the onions.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the condensed cream of chicken soup, gravy mix, water, sage, pepper, and parsley. Whisk well.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken breasts in the Crock Pot.
- Cover with the lid and cook on LOW for 5 hours.
- After 5 hours, remove the lid and stir the chicken and gravy well, breaking apart the chicken breasts as you stir.
- Serve the chicken and gravy over mashed potatoes or rice.
