Caramel Cheesecake Bites
Ingredients:
- 12 oz (1 and a half packs) cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- ¼ cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 large egg
- ⅛ cup caramel sauce
- ½ cup crushed graham crackers
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers and melted butter. Stir with a fork until the mixture is well combined. Press this mixture into the bottoms of mini cheesecake pans to form a crust.
- In a large mixing bowl, use an electric mixer to beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add the granulated sugar, heavy whipping cream, egg, and caramel sauce to the cream cheese. Continue to beat until the mixture is thoroughly combined and smooth.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the graham cracker crusts in the cheesecake pans, filling each one up to the rim.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-17 minutes, or until the cheesecakes are set.
- Remove the cheesecakes from the oven and let them cool at room temperature for about an hour.
- Once cooled, the Caramel Cheesecake Bites are ready to serve. Enjoy your creamy and decadent treat!
