Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 1 egg, slightly beaten

Instructions:
- Start by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare a 12-cup muffin tin by lightly greasing it or lining with muffin liners.
- Take a large bowl and combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, mix the mashed bananas with sugar, the lightly beaten egg, and melted butter until well combined.
- Gently fold the banana mixture into the dry ingredients, being careful not to overmix. Just stir until the mixture is just moistened.
- Carefully fold in the chocolate chips into the batter.
- Evenly distribute the batter among the prepared muffin cups, filling each about three-quarters full.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 18 to 20 minutes. Check for doneness by inserting a toothpick into the center of a muffin; it should come out clean.
