Ingredients:

  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions:

  1. Oven Prep: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Brown the Beef: Over medium heat in a large skillet, brown the ground beef with the finely chopped onion until the beef is fully cooked and the onion is clear. Drain off any excess fat.
